In case the program crashes as soon as you run it, try to run it in windows XP compatibility mode. This issue will be solved as soon as possible.
To set the compatibility mode:
RClick on the program icon > compatibility tab > check ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for:’ > choose windows xp from the drop down list.

The new version features:
Now new design for taking less space.
Shortcut keys are now flexible (you can choose your own shortcut keys).
The results include the title for each list.
The sorting of search results is more reasonable but not yet perfect.
The user can add new vocabularies by writing (or pasting) in the text edit view the words separated by white space or ‘,’ and then clicks a button to add these vocabulary’s dictionary results to the highlighted vocabulary list.

I started to update the program for more flexibility with shortcut keys. I also made a new design to take less space.
I am also preparing a tutorial for the way to study with the software.
勉強ソフト is an offline dictionary and japanese studying software. I use it for my personal study, it may not be suitable for everyone but I think it is good for everyone who like studying by reading. The software is in a very early stage but is usable. You can download it from sourceforge site.
